The S&P 500 has approached the all time high of ~$3027 for the third time. Will it break out, or reverse down again?
The key things to watch are;
– Earnings results (60% of the S&P 500 has yet to report)
– FOMC announcement on Wednesday, 10/30/19
– Any China trade deal breakthroughs
